    • Task: Reflecting on personal purchasing motivations.

3.      Mastering Fact-Finding: Understanding Customer Needs

    • Interactive Session: The Art of Being "Nosey" in a Professional Context
    • Strategies for effective and ethical fact-finding.

4.      Problem Identification and Solution Offering
