1-day Technician’s training
Financial Mastery & Lean Workshop for Technicians 2025
This is a unique 1-day course – I believe the first of its kind – specifically to give technicians an understanding of their efforts, and how it affects the financial side of the garage business, with insights on how performance in the workshop can be improved to increase the efficiency and profitability of the business.
The course aims for technicians to take some fresh ideas on the philosophy of lean and minimising time related waste, which for a garage business is pivotal for its success. Additionally the course aims to motivate and inspire technicians to do better individually and collectively to create an environment of continuous improvement by understanding the crucial key performance indicators within a workshop
