Course description
The course is a one-day intense introduction into the removing and reduction of impact damage to panels on a vehicle using the LKQ Collision Glue kit. You will be shown the best possible methods to achieve the desired end result for the vehicle repair. At the end of the day’s training, you will be proficient in how to use the equipment and the methods to achieve this result.

Course goals and objectives
- Glue system for Pull to Paint
- Medium to Large area dents
- Reducing the need for deep filling
- Lateral tension pullers
- Bringing panel gaps back to OEM tolerances
- Being able to read the dent
- Learn to pull the metal in the right direction to its pre-impact position
- More suitable for EV’s & Hybrid vehicle repair

1. The training will be on scrap panels supplied by the customer and will not be on live customer jobs
2. Training done with newly purchased customer equipment
3. Minimum of two or a maximum of three trainees
4. Dedicated workshop bay, two car size
5. Panel trestle for each attendee
