Course description
Content: - Introduction to ADAS - ADAS & KTS - ADAS sensors and their application - The progression to autonomous driving - Sensor calibration - Practical exercises Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites to attend VSC40, how trainees would benefit from attending WTE1 and VSC28.
Course goals and objectives
On successful completion of VSB40, delegates will be able to: -To better understand the interconnectivity of modern safety systems and driver aids -Trainees will have an overview of the various ADAS sensors, and their application -Trainees will see how to use the KTS, to carry out a comprehensive vehicle search of ADAS systems -Trainees will have an understanding of the test equipment required for ADAS service tasks -Trainees will see the set up and calibration process of a modern ADAS sensor.
